Membership with benefits
Ward & Key is built around a simple idea: the things you cannot replace deserve more than a box. Your vault is the foundation. Private appointments, notary access, document services, authorized-user support, concierge care and an Annual Vault Review complete the membership.
What membership unlocks
A locker sized to your membership for documents, valuables and irreplaceable possessions.
Appointment-led visits, discreet reception and private rooms to review or organize property.
Notary, shredding, digitization, estate-access support, concierge service and an annual review.
Your membership, on your schedule
The proposed Ward & Key app puts every appointment and member service in one private place. Reserve vault access, a viewing room or an included benefit without calling a branch or waiting in line.
App interface shown is a concept. Final functionality, authentication and security controls remain subject to development and professional review.

Security, at ease
The strongest security is layered, professionally monitored and quietly present. Ward & Key is being planned so every visit feels private and simple while the system behind it stays alert.
Planned specification, subject to final site, engineering, insurance, privacy and licensed-provider review. “24/7 monitoring” means alarm and video events can be reviewed and escalated by a professional monitoring team; it does not promise continuous live viewing of every camera. Any biometric option would require clear member consent and disclosed data-handling terms. On-site guards may be scheduled for openings, transfers or elevated-risk periods rather than maintained around the clock.
What members may keep
Final prohibited-item rules and box sizes will be established before memberships are offered. Members will have access to optional contents insurance through a licensed third-party provider, subject to its terms, limits, underwriting and exclusions.
Included in membership
The intention is simple: members should not have to assemble separate providers every time something important needs to be stored, witnessed, digitized, destroyed or passed to an authorized representative.
Access to coverage from a licensed insurance provider, with terms and limits disclosed before enrollment.
Planned fair-use appointments with a commissioned California notary for eligible documents.
A documented process to help authorized representatives navigate access after incapacity or death.
Private scanning and organized encrypted delivery for important records you choose to digitize.
Planned fair-use destruction for sensitive records that no longer need to be retained.
Add approved users and review permissions through a documented identity-verification process.
A discreet room to review, organize or witness documents without rushing through a bank lobby.
Appointment support, thoughtful hospitality and help coordinating eligible member services.
A yearly check-in covering access, documents, inventory, insurance referrals and changing storage needs.
Services are planned, subject to reasonable usage policies and may be delivered by vetted, appropriately licensed third parties. Estate coordination is administrative support, not legal or tax advice.
Included member benefit
A planned 20-minute yearly review designed to help members keep access, documents and protection arrangements current as life changes.
